Research Fellowship

The Orthopaedic Trauma Research Fellowship is a year-long fellowship program for outstanding medical students (or postdoctoral fellows) with research opportunities in clinical trials, outcome studies, anatomic and cadaveric studies.

The research fellow will work directly with the fellowship program director, Dr. Babar Shafiq, with additional research and education opportunities with Drs. Greg Osgood, MD, Rachel Sotsky, MD and Alice Hughes, MD. 

The research fellow will be involved in writing and editing manuscripts, in addition to podium and/or poster presentations at national conferences.
100% of the fellow’s time will be devoted to research.
